 Happy wet Fiesta, Dumaguete! It is the day when the city is supposed to be busy because it is its fiesta. I heard a lot of pigs squealing in our neighborhood since yesterday and early morning today, more pigs are squealing but I wonder if people would still want to go around when Dumaguete today is so wet and cold.Brrrr...I just wanna stay home and watch TV   |

| I feel absolutely sad for all the organizers and the participants of the events. When I was at the boulevard yesterday they were all seeking shelter from the rain in their lovely costumes, nice make up and all that stuff. They were the only ones on the streets in the never ending rain.

| And those band majorettes and minorettes paid to have their make-up done, only to be erased by the rain...the beautiful floats and costumes all came to naught--only a few people got to see the parade because of the rain....that's too bad.. |
