Hi all,
It has been a long-time desire of my husband and myself, that when we moved to the Philippines, to adopt a child here. I was just looking at some videos that were posted of one of the orphanages in Valencia and I just melted!! My husband has his dual citizenship and I have my permanent resident/ACR. Does anybody know of a website that has guidelines of adoption within the Philippines, all I can find are aimed at Foreigners wanting to adopt and take the children out of country. It may never happen, and if it doesn't or can't, we can and will most definitely be sponsoring and donating to these children.

Go by Rainbow Orphanage and inquire of Mike and his wife.
