My computer illiterate friend asked me to post his newly built 2BR/1B house for rent. It lies at the southern end of the main Dauin Sanctuary (km 16). The beach and reef out front are absolutely fantastic. You will see sea turtles out front almost every snorkel/dive as well as a huge Eel Garden at about 30 Meters which is only visible using SCUBA equipment.

This very nice house has split aircon and is about 100 Sq. meters on the ground floor but also includes a huge 100 Sq M attic with a very high ceiling. It's nice and cool. It's a very quit area and is definitely kid safe with absolutely no auto or motorcycle traffic.

They are looking for about 25k.

I was wrong about the price of the house. It's 20k unfurnished and has new split aircon already there. You gotta pay the electric though. 1 yr lease.

There is a yard and garden area with lots of flowers. But the owner probably would not want any birds there.
