| yes I can confirm this. The school will be called DACA (Dumaguete Academy of Culinary Arts). Location is in the middle of the boulevard/corner Noblefranca Street above the new Casablanca Restaurant. The restaurant will transfer to the new location in about 2-3 weeks and the courses at DACA will start some when mid or end of April. I will post more information about that school next week in the education section of the content-pages (not the forum) when I get a detailed schedule. As of now I know that DACA will run several classes divided in full 3 month courses for culinary arts but also short 2-week courses for other topics (desserts, wines, bread-baking etc.) Hope that helps for now already a bit cheers Rhoody
