Does anyone have any comments on Coral Cay Resort? I am looking to stay there for a few days in Nov. How is the beach there? Cottages clean? Food good and inexpensive? How far is it from Tubod where Dive Safari is located?

I was considering Coral Cay for our trip next year but I came across some not so good reviews on Tripadvisor, so now I'm looking elsewhere. It's going to be our first family trip to Dumaguete next year. Another place I'm looking at is Coco Grove Resort. I hope you find your place to stay soon!

Thank Mom. I read up on Tripadvisor too and you are right. A couple of negative posts there. Now I am considering Kiwi Dive Resort. Any one with comments on this one? By the way, how is the diving on Siquijor? Kiwi is on the North East side of the island - do they take divers to all the dive sites around the island or are they likely to just stick to sites close to the resort?

coral cay is one of the nicest ressorts in siquijor the rooms are very nice and the boss takes care of the guests also kiwi if you get a room on the beach cocogroove is compare to the other 2resorts highprice but not the quality that it looks

I suggest you send an e-mail to Kiwi Dive Resort and inquire directly with them. I did that to inquire about their room rates and they do answer, at least within a day or two. How about checking-out Apo Island Resort? Apo is a marine sanctuary and is high among the dive site rankings.

The only aspect I thought was not 5 star, was the food where everybody is lyric about but like most resort kitchens I found a bit limited in choice. |

yep thought the live performances where real nice, I don't know the owner but you sense that everything has been given a lot of tought and care. Good safeheaven to be totally hassle free and relaxed for a couple of days.
