Default Siquijor In November

Hello everyone,

My Hubby and I are scheduled to go to Siquijor in November for a 2 1/2 week stay. I've read in some sites that November usually has the heaviest rainfall in Siquijor, is this true? Unfortunately, I can't change my schedule anymore and I did not research the weather situation before I booked our trip. But it would be nice to know, just the same.

We might be staying in Casa dela Playa. We were there last March and, while the place was not that fancy, the service was just outstanding. They even allowed us to buy food from the market and they cooked it the way I wanted it (for a small fee, of course). Their room rates are also very reasonable. Does anybody have other suggestions on nice places to stay that are at par (or better) with Casa in terms of rates and service? A/c room and flexibility in food is very important. We're both big eaters..hehehe

Any suggested itineraries? I've been to some of the landmarks (church, convent, waterfall, spring) and it would be nice to venture into other stuff over there.

I'm so excited to go back and it's still four months yet! Darn!

Default Siquijor

Hello seabee,

nobody can guarantee how the weather will be. It is true, that in November the rain can be more often as usual in the year; in my personal statistic the August is more wet.

Here in the south (San Juan) we have comparable accommodations; most of them w/o AC. If AC I recommend the Coral Cay Resort, alternate Accommodations per PM.

Whatever your choice will be: our Restaurant is very well known for the best food on the whole island. And the dimensions are big as well.

Do you know the HP mysiquijor.com

Maybe we will see you in November?...

Tropical Greetings from Siquijor,

Holly, Hollyette's

Thanks, Scubaholly!

If you've got the best food (and big servings), then we will certainly pay you a visit in November!

Three months to go! Woohoo!
