Do you know what's the schedule of ceres bus from dumaguete to Bais ?

All Ceres bus going North (La Libertad, Guyhulngan, San Carlos,Mabinay, Bacolod etc) pass Bais.
So every 5 or 10 minutes there will be a bus that pass Bais.
As of now there are no AIRCON bus going North of Bais (road to Mabinay) but this can change anytime.

My flight is 3pm from manila to dumaguete.

Probably, I'm at dumaguete around 5pm. Is there a bus going north at that time?

till what time is the last trip going up north?

Not sure about going North, but going south to Bayawan the last bus is around 11:00 pm and the first one at 2:30 am
