The Buglasan Festival 2011 in Dumaguete City is The Festival of Festivals and that not only for the City of Dumaguete and Negros Oriental. Visitors from all over the Philippines plan to visit this colorful celebration in the City of gentle people.

im jaed tan from cebu city, club leader of group of folding bikers in cebu island… name “bike and talk friendship club- biking advocacy group…the group are planning to visit and attend ur annual festival…..using our bikes we want to haave a city tour at day and night ride of dumaguete city island.

I would be happy to get info on the net from the organizers.
We are a private website and have no connection whatsoever with the festival, it’s organizers etc.
Our staff was running around for weeks and visited them many times to get at least the listing above.
Now everybody is copying our as they don’t get their act together
They don’t seem to be much interested in sharing information unless you belong to their “circle of friends”.
Sorry that we can’t give you any more info as we simply don’t have.
