It is sad to say, but the first few raindrops of the rainy-season caused a brownout and due to that four women died in Dumaguete as they died in a fire most likely caused by candles.

A long brownout hit Dumaguete and the whole Visayas on the Saturday February 25 which lasted until lunchtime Sunday.
